Shipping and handling depends on the method you choose at the checkout and is non-refundable even in the event of a return. Standard shipping is $12.00 on all U.S orders. Orders over $200 before taxes and discounts will ship free. All standard and free shipping orders are shipped via USPS. If you need it by a certain date, please select the expedited options at checkout. We can not ship to PO Boxes with expedited shipping as an option. Standard delivery is between 5-7 business days. Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders are processed between 3-5 business days.
Orders placed with expedited shipping must be received by 2pm CST between Monday-Friday in order to ship within 1 business day. If received later, they will ship within 2 business days.
Canada Shipping
Standard shipping to Canada is $15. Delivery occurs between 7-15 business days once your order is processed. Orders are processed between 3-5 business days.
International Shipping
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.
Returned Shipments due to Incorrect Address:
If your order is returned to Tamela Mann Collection due to an incorrect address, Tamela Mann Collection will cancel the order and process a store credit minus the shipping cost.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days for standard shipping. In the event of a sale or promotion, shipping delays may occur.
It's important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order and also double-checking the ship-to address is entered correctly, including any suite/apt numbers. Tamela Mann Collection is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of the shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will ensure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package,
Pre-Orders:
Each pre-order item has a different delivery date. Please make sure you thoroughly read the product description before placing your order. Pre-ordered items are not applicable to rush or express shipping.
Orders will start processing on the date advertised on the site. Tamela Mann Collection, LLC reserves the right to change release dates with proper notification to the customer. Orders can take up to 3 business days to process starting on the release date or the first business day after the release date if the date advertised is a holiday, weekend, etc.
