Q: How do I place an order?

A: When you have found an item that you would like to purchase, select your desire size and then click Add to Cart. From there you can continue shopping for great plus size clothes, or you can click the Check Out button. You will then be prompted to either enter your Customer Information or to Log In if you have an existing account. Then from there, just fill out your preferred Shipping Method followed by your preferred Payment Method and then you're done!

Q: What's your shipping time?

A: Typically once your order is placed, shipping and processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding holidays. If you would like your order expedited, please select the approriate shipping method at checkout

 

Q: What's my size?

Q: How do I return my order?

A: Items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is received. For step-by-step instructions, please visit our Return Policy page here.

Q: What methods of Payment do you accept?

A: Tamela Mann Collection accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?

A: We don't want to see you go! To unsubscribe, just hit the unsubscribe link, which you will find located at the bottom of the email.

Q: How do I use a promotional code?

A: From time to time we like to reward our loyal customers with discounts. All promotions will be indicated on our website or via email or text notifications. To apply the offer, enter the code in the Promotional Code field during the checkout process and click Apply Promo. Promotional codes are case sensitive. Some restrictions may apply. Promotions may be limited to a specific group of items or require a minimum order price, and may only be valid for certain dates or for a limited time. Only one promo code may be used per order. Tamela Mann Collection may change the terms of a promotion at any time.

Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?

A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders $150+

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: Tamela Mann Collection will send you an automated email when your order has been shipped. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.

Q: Can I modify my order once it is placed?

A: We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has already been sent to our shipping department and we will be unable to modify it further.
