It's ok, due to COVID-19 and shipping delays, you have 30 days from the date that your order was received to return for an exchange or store credit. We issue store credit only. We do not issue refunds. Store credit, or exchange is only available if the item(s) are returned unworn and it's original condition. The store credit can be used toward an exchange or a new order. Store credit never expires. 

Final Sale Merchandise

Clothing marked "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged. 

How to return an item?

1. Make sure you're within 30 days from the date your order was received. If it's been past 30 days, your order is not eligible for store credit or exchange. 

2. Submit and start your return here and have your order number and email address and follow the steps and ship the items back to us. 

Once the item has been received, our returns department will contact you via email with your e-gift card code within 2-3 business days. 

What items are returnable? 

Most apparel items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and in original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear 
  • Shipping fees

Store Credit/Exchange:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 2-3 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit. 

Once the return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange or e-gift card to be issued.
